Authentic Scottish Shortbread
We use the finest ingredients to make our Scottish shortbread. Irish butter from grass fed cows, English caster sugar and flour sourced from the finest purveyors in our area. We make different versions of our shortbread at various times of the year including cherry almond, orange cranberry, maple walnut, toffee, and millionaire shortbread. Try our shortbread and be prepared to be transported back to a more simple time of family recipes and traditions.

SHORTBREAD
All natural ingredients. Flour, butter, sugar a wee boot 'o Scottish lore. Each batch is hand mixed, baked and hand cut into fingers just like my Granny and my Mum did it.
We'll have special batches of flavors from time to time that are sure to please. Almond petticoats, Whisky squares and Million Dollar shortbread for those special times. Big event of your own? We'll bake up what you need and give you that unique label to fit the party or the people.

Sherri Macdonald Geary is a local Finger Lakes artist who specializes in a number of disciplines and whose watercolor originals of Scottish themes will be offered at our Windmill Farm and Craft Market in Penn Yan, NY. We have note cards, postcards and original watercolors.
